East Ridge of Noyes at col
The east ridge of Mt. Noyes right out of the 5500-ft col. It looks simple enough, but the left (south) side is choked with impenetrable krummholz and the right (north) side is strewn with unsound choss--especially those bigger blocks higher up. Aug. 15, 2010.
