Route Description

I found the first part to be anything goes. You can see the trail from where you start out, and you can pick your way up the ridge untill about 10800' where it gets a little interesting. The route is easy to follow ans stays to the right of the crest all the way to the summit.

Some sections are a little nerveracking, but the exposure is minimal and the rock is very stable.

Essential Gear

I highly recommend gloves

Helmet-Since you are often times climbing with your head down on all fours.

If you bring trekking poles you can leave them at about 10,800.

Miscellaneous Info

If you have information about this route that doesn't pertain to any of the other sections, please add it here.

Parents refers to a larger category under which an object falls. For example, theAconcagua mountain page has the 'Aconcagua Group' and the 'Seven Summits' asparents and is a parent itself to many routes, photos, and Trip Reports.
