Really enjoyed the route. It was pretty late season so route finding was difficult. I highly recommend it if you want to get away from the crowd. We went Labor Day weeend and had the entire route totally to ourselves.

I love this shot! But I am wondering why the climber has such a small pack and looks so happy right next to this gaping maw!

We camped at Sherman overnight and started at 4 AM for the summit from there. Route finding was difficult late season (big crevasses) so it took us until about noon to summit and get back by to camp by 4 pm. Weather was great, didn't need much in the daypacks.
