Enjoying the view - Claerwen Reservoir

I had a break away in Wales planning to do the summit of Pumlumon Fawr in the midst of the Cambrian Mountains. Sadly the weather consisted of nothing but very heavy showers all day hence the wellies and that weather was no good for the mountains. Instead we took a trip round the Elan Valley and its many reservoirs and dams and between the showers as can be seen the skys were clear and bright. Here I am enjoying the views down the Claerwen Valley sitting on the edge of the Claerwen Dam.

Hi Danny,

Things have been very quiet recently in the frame of mountains.
Planning a trek up onto the ridge of Cnicht in the near future. Long time since I did that little gem of a summit. I think I might of been around 16 or 17 years old. LOL...!

Most of my photography is now dedicated to Flickr but I do have some stunning landscape shots from my recent trips around the Welsh scenery which I should add to summitpost.
