| Krysto | Phase d'approche pénétrationnelle de l'Eselsfels | | Voted 10/10 | L'Eselsfels, directement sis au-dessus de Wilgartswiesen, je le connais bien, ouais ! Ce rocher-là, il est excellent à voir ... Hauteur très élevée et lissage des parois très prononcé, lieu d'escalade sportive très sauvage et délicat d'accès, grimpette au sommet élevé très technique et amusante, fabuleux panorama sommital sur la vallée, endroit silencieux et remarquablement bien préservé, végétation rencontrée très riche, couplage de cette visite avec celle du tout proche voisin (le Kuhfels), etc, etc !
Personnellement, cet endroit là mériterait un accès pédestre beaucoup plus aisé et surtout, il serait fort bienvenu à ce que ce rocher-là, soit mieux dégagé et valorisé ! Dommage pour moi, qui aime tant cet endroit. Au moins, l'Eselsfels est-il encore excellement bien préservé et sauvage, chose que j'apprécie beaucoup sur un rocher ... Hasn't voted | Do you also know the Deichenwand Crags further down the valley? Right above the sports field? IMHO the central one, Mittlere Deichenwand, deserves more attention than either Kuh- or Eselsfels. | | Posted Aug 21, 2007 7:55 am |
| Krysto | My answer to you | | Voted 10/10 | Dear Gangolf, thanx for your message ... Yes, I know the Mittlere Deichenwand (also named as " Bergwald Projekt " ! ). The summit of this rock is secured with a forestian ramp, which is very strong and good done ! This rock is quiet, but not to easy to penetrate (the path to go there is a little bit small and very bad marked ! ). The vegetation is very dark, wild ! But the view in the Tiergarten Valley and in direction of Falkenburg rock-castle, is very fine, interesting ... Great for mailing me. | | Posted Aug 22, 2007 2:43 pm |
