European Mountain Ash
This is a branch of a young Mountain Ash (Sorbus aucuparia ) photographed on top of Mount Grzywacka (567 m) and vistas looking north.
Mountain Ash is also sometimes called Rowan. This tree is very tolerant of cold and is often found on mountains.
