Facing NE on Angel Wing\'s...
Facing NE on Angel Wing's summit, you'll be able to see not only Grinnell Lake, Lake Josephine and Swiftcurrent Lake, but also the end of Lake Sherburne sticking out from behind Allen mountain's northern end.

That's an awesome view. My son and I hiked hiked Grinnell Glacier Trail, which you probably know follows along the left side of those three lakes. GNP is my favorite of the national parks--though the radically different Big Bend runs a close second. Thanks for sharing that image--It brings back great memories.

I am glad you like the photo.
I have been along those lakes several times, and the Grinnell Glacier Trail is beautiful when the wildflowers bloom.
Thanks for the vote.
