A view to the south from Pine Island Ledge, looking downstream in the Pine Creek Gorge. Pine Island Ledge is a ridge that runs between Pine Creek and Pine Island Run, just south of Tiadaghton, PA. This view is near the bottom of the ridge, not too far up from Pine Creek. The fall colors were astounding on this October day. A winter view from the same point (October 12, 2008)
