It seems that Fork Mountain is the 3rd highest as you specify and not the 3rd highest in Shenandoah National Park - Hazeltop is the 3rd highest. However, Fork Mtn is just outside the boundary of Shenandoah. That may be worth mentioning to make the distinction fully. Good page.
