Frozen Loch Turret
A frozen Loch Turret seen from the head of the reservoir. A snow capped Ben Chonzie can seen just to the left of centre at the end of the glen. Feb 21st 2010.

Something I seldom see here in Arizona - most
of our lochs (lakes) and ponds remain ice-free
the entire year.

What happened to Dan? Did he go on a holiday
somewhere? Nice picture of frozen Loch Turret!

Yeah, its been consistantly cold this year Larry. We usually remain ice-free the entire year too. I heard that we've had more snow fall here than they have had in Vancouver for the winter games!
Don't know where Dan is, but I had noticed he's been away for quite a bit.
