Hi Lisa, I remember Dean started an album called "Over 60 and still cranking, trucking or something." I don't think you are over 60 yet, so just enjoy being a youngster for as long as you can.
Glad you like the title. There's nothing like being young again but let's stay young at heart forever.

I'm 57, and my body feels each year. But mentally I still feel like I did when I was in my 20s or 30s.

Seriously, I am very inspired when I see people close to my age or older climbing than me and hiking. It lets me know that age isn't the barrier.
