Re: Turk Rocks ...Stuff like milk chocolate contains cholesterol and saturated fat but also some antioxidants. Dark chocolate is better. It reduces high blood pressure.

Congrats, Liba!Excellent shot - and it looks like a superb hike! Would be "right up my street"!
And afterwards, some tofu - best way to eat it, in my opinion, is with sliced tomatoes, salt, olive oil and fresh basilicum - just like an "insalata caprese"! The tofu makes an excellent substitute for the mozzarella!
