| Awesome trail. Lead a trip down here with NAU Outdoors. Cottonwood Creek was gorgeous at the shade that the Cottonwoods provided was spectacular. Amazing area. Miners spring is also really unexpected and pretty. | |

| Horseshoe Mesa is a wild part of the Canyon. Grandview is the highest point along the South Rim. Allow yourself plenty of time, and don't go in August like I did. | |

| My first canyon hike. Went to Horseshoe Mesa on a trail that is much more rugged and fun than the well travelled route of Bright Angel. At the cave a spelunker brought us through a few openings but I was quickly intimidated by the swiss cheese interior. Don't go in lightly. | |
