Ibapah is one of the best kept secrets in the west. Very isolated but well worth the effort to get there. I know Bob Bolton has actually done it twice, once with me and then again with his friend Duane.
I am enjoying these trip reports Dennis, this seems like the most appealing mountain I have seen so far. When I get around to hiking in Utah I will definitely check this one out.

Re: InterestingIbapah was a great hike. Deseret, Nebo, and Timpanogos were all great too. Lots of wildflowers.
