Voted 10/10 | I am curious about the 1/2500s shutter and ISO 800. Would it be a problem for subject movement or camera shake to shoot at 1/320 and ISO 100 or 1/640 and ISO 200, instead? Or did you already have the ISO at 800 before you saw the bird? | | Posted Aug 8, 2008 5:19 pm |
 | | Andino | Re: ISO / shutter speed | |
Hasn't voted | It was cloudy at the time and I wanted to be sure to have a sharp image with my long lens.
ISO 400 would have been enough for sure. But with a fast moving animal, you don't want to miss your chance for an ISO matter. Thanks for your interest ! | | Posted Aug 9, 2008 5:05 am |

Voted 10/10 | The feeling of being in a place where you could even get that kind of shot is what makes me love climbing. So incredible that you were able to get such a clear photo of one of these giants in flight. Fantastic work! | | Posted Oct 22, 2008 11:17 am |
