Nothin like 2000 feet of air! this day was unique for me as there were not many people on top, electricity was in the air, (literally), and we were above the clouds with several fast moving clouds passing by, i find these conditions exhilarating! Comments[ Post a Comment ] | Sajama | A very... | |

| mike_lindacher | Electric Air | |
Voted 10/10 | I know what you mean by "electric" air. When I was on top of Half Dome, the air was charged that the granite was literally making crackling noises. My hair was actually standing on end. We high tailed it ASAP and found that the cables were so charged that they actually shocked you. You couldn't take your hands (in gloves) off them. Unsettling to say the least .... | | Posted Aug 23, 2010 12:28 pm |

| RayMondo | The greatest ever place | |
Voted 10/10 | One of the most classic places in the mountains. That the Dome has such an amazing form and outline surely makes it one of the greatest ever places to reach.
I too would have liked to have BASE jumped, despite that I don't, it shure would save that long, long trek down. But one of the best days of my life to have been there. Return, I must. | | Posted Nov 4, 2010 1:06 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Do you BASE Jump?
The higher, the safer (less dangerous), it appears. At least it gives you some time to sort out trouble. I reckon that if I got myself to skydive, then I would try wingsuits.

Hasn't voted | I do not but It seems like the way to do it on that baby! At about 4000 feet, overhanging, I suppose it is safe. Wingsuits look awesome! | | Posted Nov 8, 2010 7:20 pm |
