Heading for the gap...

...on the right. The road enters a canyon and works it way up to the top of a plateau. The road is decent but it has several spots where high clearance will be appreciated. At the top of the plateau is a road split. One leads to our goal and the other road continues on as the Hole in the Rock Trail. 7-29-10
