| Visited after a great rafting trip on the Main Salmon. Views were limited due to a lot of forest fire smoke. A previous visit in the early '80s with climbs in the nearby mountains to the south was magnificent. | |

| This is a must do hike if you're in the Seven Devils Mountains. The view looking back at the high peaks and down toward Hells Canyon is one of the best. I talked with the guy who works at the lookout and he showed me several fires that were in the area. | |

| Climbed up from the north ridge. Have also driven up in the past and hiked the short trail to the lookout. Lots of people here, but still a neat mountain with fantastic views. | |
