Huantsan from high on the slopes of Vallunaraju

At 6369m, Nevado Huantsan is the highest peak in the southern Cordilllera Blanca. If it's not hidden by clouds, it looks magnificent from up close, but even from a distance of almost 20km it looks great. 14 June 2011.
