In the canyon of Mala...

In the canyon of Mala Paklenica where its sides are around 300m high. Bottom of the canyon is mostly so narrow that after heavier rain or snow meltdown it becomes impassable because waters of Mala Paklenica creek completely fill it. Climbing is forbidden here because of endangered bird species which nest in the cliffs of canyon. Most important of them is Griffon Vulture (Bjeloglavi Sup). With wing span close to 3m Bjeloglavi Sup is biggest European vulture.
