Island Crag

As one paddles upstream from the Old Angler's Inn put-in, he/she passes this crag (paddler's left) in just a few minutes. (This view is facing downstream, though.) On this crag, I enjoyed some Class 4 and easy 5 climbing and scrambling. It can get harder if one wants it to, and almost no one ever sets foot here. Great Falls, MD-VA-- August 2010
