| Drove over from Hartford during a business trip. The entire drive is very scenic and woodsy. This is my 24th state highpoint. | |

| The Highpointers Club did an excellent job working together with the property owners to create such an enjoyable summit trail and helping keep this HP accessible to the public. This was the fifth of seven HPs (plus Washington, D.C.) I would reach in two days' time. HP #29 for me. | |

| I went on one of the open dates. I didn't see any times when the summit was open so I strolled in at about 7 am. It must've been too early because a guy followed me in his car when I left. I pulled over to see what he had to say to me, but he just kept going with a mean scowl on his face. | |
