Jump Off Joe
Ascending the summit road of Jump Off Joe, which with a low elevation of only 2200' is still the highest point in the Tri-Cities region of Washington state.
Wind turbines line up the mountain slopes, leading to and from the radio tower-laden summit area (which is seen in the background of this photo).
