Kaldaklofsfjöll in the background above Laugavegurinn between the Hrafntinnusker and Álftavatn huts. Also, other hikers on the trail can be seen in the distance crossing of of the glacier's tongues. At that particular crossing the ice had several large holes wherein one could see a raging river about 3 meters under the ice. Taken 16 July 2005 by Jenny Brooks.
