Komen from Travnik
This is the view from Travnik panoramic tower on the neighbouring summit of Komen, the highest elevation of Smrekovec range.
As the range of Smrekovec is built of volcanic rocks, these mountains are different than the rest Southern Limestone Alps in Slovenia. They are more gentle, rounded, only on the summit of Komen dark andesite rocks are exhibited on the surface. We can nicely see them on this picture. January 28th, 2017.
