Larkspur

Hi D-bo. You have put this in the Penstemon album, but its not a penstemon. Its a larkspur. You can attach it to the larkspur album:

Larkspurs can be difficult to identify, but given the location and the look of the plant I'd bet you have western larkspur (Delphinium occidentale). Not certain, but pretty close.
