Hasn't voted | These lenticular clouds form above mountains that stick out significantly above a more or less flat surrounding. That's why they can be seen a lot over the volcanoes of Kamchatka which often are single mountains. Of course not every lenticular cloud is as nice as this one :-) | | Posted Mar 7, 2005 3:28 am |
