Lily on Mount Ambler

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Lily on Mount Ambler
Lily atop Mt. Ambler. Mt. Ambler is the ridge that connects Newfound Gap to Charlies Bunion. I think it is a Turks Cap Lily seen here at 6000 feet.

I've tried a bunch of different shots of those Turkish Cap Lilies, and they never come out right. Well done!

Excellent close-up and a great contrast between light and dark.
