looking back at Magerstein while others are on their way up

Starting at the Kasseler Hütte early in the morning, I've just traversed Magerstein, ascending from the NE and descending the NW ridge. Nobody else from the hut took the same route, though I did meet a few other climbers that had started even earlier than me, but much lower: they started at Rein in Taufers. Today I saw a lot of people traversing Magerstein in the opposite direction. They all came from the Rieserferner Hütte and descend to the Kasserler Hütte. I'll meet them later, because I'm heading back there as well. But I'm not going back the way I came, oh no. I want to traverse Schneebiger Nock! 1 August 2014.
