Schneebiger Nock (3358m) from Magerstein (3278m)

So far today I've made my way up from the Kasseler Hütte to Magerstein. It's still early, which is good, because from here I'm planning to follow the ridge to Schneebiger Nock, and then descend by its normal route, the north ridge. For the ridge I want it to stay dry. The normal route is easier than the ridge, but I still don't want rain, and definitely no thunderstorm until I've descended at least a fair bit from the summit. I just hope that these thin clouds will go away instead of being the fist signs of something worse... 1 August 2014.
