Looking up at the head of Rock Creek. Sturgeon Rock on the left, Silver Star Mountain's summit in the back right of center, and Pyramid Rock* on the right. Taken from the trail on November 11, 2004.

* Toponym inconsistency? The rocky point on the right is Pt. 3577. There is a conical grassy hill (Pt. 3480+) devoid of any real rockiness south of Pt. 3577 that has the Pyramid Rock label. It is not quite visible in the photo. I think this is a mapping error. I think Pt. 3577 is the real Pyramid Rock. Obviously, I'm not certain, though.
