Looking Up at the South Ridge

Looking up at the main divide south of Pika Peak. It is possible to hike this ridge to the summit or climb from the basin below to the saddle on the southwest flank of the mountain. The rock in this area is an interesting dark dolomite with a few fossils. October 2009
