Lost Coast Beach

On the beach near Whale Gulch. When I was in college, my friends and I snorkeled in this area for abalone. We wore leaky wet suits, the water was very cold and rough and wild, but the world revealed by the glass mask was spellbinding. Lost Coast Wilderness, Cape of Mendocino, Northern California, USA.
