Low Camp - Vinson

Vinson Low Camp on the Branscomb Glacier, December 2006. The normal route for Vinson goes up the easy-angled snow slope at the right of the image.

In the background looms the giant south face of Mt Epperly, on which I climbed a new route in January 2008.
