Uninteresting and windy.....check in the box. View wasn't so great due to snow storm in the Sierra.

Afterthought
Drove to the summit by accident... was just exploring the area of Squaw Flat and Papoose Flat on some rough (and a bit too brushy- scratches) 4x4 roads. Drove out via Mazourka Peak and down the west side on much easier roads.
