Looks like the rock I know from the Eifel area in Germany.

Finding natural belays is almost impossible. And the bolts are in the same color as the rock - good luck in finding them. It is not easy climbing, when you don't know when the next bolt will come, where it is and if there is a next bolt. But with a little experience, you find them more easily; it is great fun, once you got used to it. :-))

Hi Irma,

you said you use a digital camera. Did you take it also for THIS foto ? If yes, which one is it ?

Thanks, Herbert

Hi Herbie,

Yes, I did all the pictures with my Nikon Coolpix 775. There are better ones, but I bought it, because of the weight (only 200g).

Cheers, Irma
