Looking back SSW at the aptly named Green Mountain from the transition rib between the first and second thirds of the approach to Mt. Misch. You come over the south shoulder of Green at the exfoliated area then make a descending traverse to where the photo was taken, making sure to stay above the copse of trees just right of center. Photo taken Sept. 2, 2007.
