Shortcuts into the basin below Mt. Misch. "A" might go. There's a ledge to deal with near the bottom. "B" definitely goes (it's the way I went on return from Misch). "C" probably goes. "D" definitely goes (it's the way I went on the way to Misch). If your intent is to camp in this basin at 5200 ft near the small pond down there, then "D" is your best choice. Sept. 1, 2007.
