One of the most valuable botanic reserves in Romania - Tinovul Mohoş (RO), Mohos-tőzegláp (HU) fills one of two craters 120-260 m deep. Its diameter is about 800 m, area 80 ha and depth 10 m. It used to be ancient lake, but nowadays only a dozen of puddles remained, transiting into the alpine peat bog. About a quarter km long boardwalk allows to visit this wetland with rare species of flora.
