| We ended up doing this one on Friday rather than Saturday since higher temps were scheduled for Sat/Sun. Tough roads and I'll make some recommendations about where to park at a later date but we had a perfect day of weather for climbing this one. It is very isolated and 4WD high clearance is mandatory for even thinking about this one. Two vehicles out there would be best. Did this one with Dennis Poulin. We were the first to sign the register in almost a year. | |

| This was a great peak, but the drive in was a little sketchy. The second stream crossing was a little too deep for the Jimmy and then it didn't help that it rained that night and we tried to drive out the next day ...and the stream did get deeper. The Jimmy survived and so did I! This was a great trip, I did Bangs, Virgin, Mormon and West Mountain Peak. | |

| That time of year is a bit late-- hot hot hot. There is a wonderful peak to the NE -- dubbed Sharkstooth -- that would be a nice climb. | |
