Mostly Iced Chute | [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
Coming up Mt Mallory's east chute, which was mainly frozen snow and ice. Fortunately there was a narrow alley of nice loose rock for us to use as an ascent path.

Voted 10/10 | describe something like this. Who was the
leader? Did you have to descend this way, also? There must be some "chilled" winds
blowing up there, to create those ice patterns! That's freakin' awesome, Deb!!!!!!!

Hasn't voted | It was mainly Class 2 with a bit of 3 against the wall and over large loose blocks to avoid the frozen snow. Blair and I were just about in tears because we didn't have tools. That ice was NICE! And yes, it was a tad bit windy. | | Posted Oct 11, 2008 1:12 am |
