| Climbed solo twice. The first time I continued on to Baumann Bump and descended back through alders to the ski area. The second time I ascended from the True Summit of Mount Alyeska (4423) over Virgin Point (4226) to Point 3939 (Mount Alyeska on the map) and then down to the tram. I found an unexploded mortar shell on the ridge during the descent and reported it to the ski resort personnel. | ||
