| Started at the TRT TH at Hwy 267, hiked up to the Placer COHP, then to Mt. Baldy and over to Rose Knob, then back down the TRT. Total time 6:37, 18.15 miles from TRT Trail Head - West Baldy - Mt. Baldy - Rose Knob - TRT Trail Head. Perfect weather, a beautiful day! | |

| Did the 'Kings Beach Route' from Sand Hill Flat, up to Baldy summit, then down to the Placer County Highpoint. Finally got to it several years late. Great day out above the beautiful lake. | |

| The mountain does not look like much from afar, but the views from the top still make the hike worthwhile. Also hit the Placer County Highpoint, Rose Knob, Rose Knob Peak, and Peak 9773. | ||

| Found a TH off Red Cedar Road just past the Biltmore Hotel about a mile. Went to Baldy, Rifle, Rose Knob then Rose Knob Peak. Clear blue skies. | |

| Drove the truck up the dirt road to the Tahoe Rim Trail from 267. Hiked to the west ridge to reach Placer County's Highpoint, then a quick extension to Mount Baldy. | |
