Hey there,
I was traveling alone and looking for guiding and logistical support to climb Batian. I had a lot of trouble finding an outfitter that wasn't charging $7500 but wasn't fly by night.
I was really happy with KG Expeditions -http://www.kenyaexpeditions.com/. It's run by a local Kenyan named James Kagambi who is a NOLS Instructor and one of the leaders of the all African American NOLS team on Denali in 2013. Highly recommend him as the food, gear, and guides (one hiking and one climbing - both of whom had their WFRs!) were top notch. He charged me $2500 for my custom climb.
