very good page and a climbing goal for me! I know the name of the mountain as "Hochwannig", and so it is in AV map. This other name should be mentioned.
I think both names are popular... In the KOMPASS map its titled Wannig and I' ve seen signs to Wannig, so I guessed Wannig is the "official" name. But its a great mountain and a nice daytrip ;-)
Another winner Lukas! One consideration: isn't there a web page with hotel info for Nassereith? Since it is one of the trailheads I think this info is still missing.
Hm... there is no real "tourisic homepage" of Nassereith on the www. But if' ve posted a link to Ehrwald under "Camping", which offers the more information about Hotels. Another goal for this site is that it is available in english, too!

Untitled CommentAustrian Map also has "Wannig", so you are right.. But google has 387 hits for "Hochwannig" also..
I suggest to write in the overview::
The mountain is also common with the name "Hochwannig"
