I've seen this on the map but couldn't identify

Standing Indian from Mt.. Leconte or the Clingmans Dome. I did add a neighboring peak to this register-Tanawha.

Please add the following to your write up this will entice more folks to visit your peak.

Latitude: 35.0352º, longitude -83.538º

Great -thanks for including this. Do you know the maintainer of the Linville Page- it is the last of the NC areas which is latitudinally or longitudinlly challenged ?

No, I'm afraid I don't know him, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind you adding Long/Lat to the page.

Thanks again!

Good page. I need to go back to Standing Indian and look around. It was overcast the only time I was there (more than thirty years ago!).

Good work, but a signature photo would be nice, as would some more photos.

Thanks for putting this mountain on SP. It looks like a great hike.

There is a provision for a signature photo when you edit. Just hover the mouse cursor over a thumbnail of your favorite pix and a photo id number will be displayed. Memorize the number and type it in the signature place in the edit mode. For example photo id 45705 will show you standing with the view behind you.
