Yep. Duplicate pages aren't allowed on SP. You are at risk for having your page deleted by the Elves. There's a simple solution. Edit the page and change it from a "Route Page" to a "Custom Object". Everything else can stay the same...
...consider posting some of your experiences in the 'Additions and Corrections' section of the existing Mountaineer's Route page. Caption your pictures. Check your spelling.
