Gran Paradiso GROUP: southwards view of the pleasant Vallone di Bardoney from the facing Col des Invergneux 2905m, placed on the ridge between vallone dell'Urtier and vallone di Grauson. At the head of the valley the ridge rises from Colle di Bardoney 2833m to Grande Arolla 3246m.
From here the watershed: vallone di Bardoney - Valeille follows northwards with Piccola Arolla 3232m, the long saddle of Colle dell'Arolla 2892m and Punta della Tsesere 3117m. On the back of Grande Arolla, after Punta di Forzo 3296m, Monveso di Forzo 3322m and Roccia Azzurra 3308m, the chain follows, running at the head of Valeille, with Punta delle Sengie 3408m, Punta Scatiglion 3439m and Punta d'Ondezana 3492m
