Timpanogos from the west in April 2005 (Denver to SLC flight). Route diagram of the Dry Creek Route-Ginsu Ridge Variation. From the trailhead to the summit is approximately 6600 feet elevation gain.

Thanks. I took the shot while flying to SLC. I always like to pick out the routes I have done from an airplane!

Nice work Scott. I asked an aerial photographer in the area if he had some stock photos of Timp lying around that he would sell to me and he wanted $125 for one of them. It's not like I wanted to charter the plane and have him take one specifically for me....I was looking for a scrap photo. This one is just as good. Thanks.



You should take the original and either diagram the rest of the routes (Everest Ridge, any other SW face variations) or let others do it to that original photo. It'd be nice to have one of these for every mountain here.

When I have time, I could do this, or I wouldn't mind if someone else used the photo to do it. I actually took several similar ones. I'll keep this one with the one route marked though, because it is attached to the route page.
