I thought Utah was too far north for killer bees! I guess I was wrong. I just went past Eagle Crags yesterday while driving home from Zion. I want to explore more of that area in the future.

Thanks Melinda...I was embellishing a bit regarding the potential media headline ("killer")....don't know what kind of bees they were, but it was a huge (loud) swarm of sorts....very interesting...totally bizarre for someone who spends most of their time around glaciers....I can't wait to go back and piddle around on some of the other Eagle crags....enjoy the sun and warmth and send some our way....I can tell you now I will be back down there asap...has not been above zero (C) here for awhile...cheers.

watched the skins game, Brunell's comeback seems to be real....looks like he did back in Jax in the early days...my Pats defense is in horrible shape...hard to watch last night...Hope Penn State gives Paterno a good ending here. cheers!

I just purchased a new truck and camper with all the amenities. I'm currently looking for people to climb with for the summer of 2006 in Canada and Alaska. I plan to use my rig as my traveling base camp.
